We are sorry to inform that our current Cloud Storage feature will be disabled starting from Jan. 11, 2021. Customers who have already subscribed to the paid Cloud Storage will not be affected and can still access their saved cloud files until the end of their subscription date.
However, subscription plans will not be renewable once the expiration date has been reached. We encourage customers who are currently using the cloud storage solution to download and save all video files that are needed. All other app features such as remote live stream viewing and local storage recording/download will not be affected.
